Chartered Capital is managed by a core of intensely focused,
experienced and accomplished professionals with extensive operating,
consulting, financial and Wall Street experience. The experience
includes investment banking, corporate finance, M&A or mergers and
acquisition, new ventures, strategic planning, restructuring and
reorganization, product development, marketing, advertising, executive
management and management consulting. In between them, they have
about 100 years of experience.
Our chief executive officer is Tunde Aboyade-Cole. A holder of graduate
degrees in physics and business/finance, he worked as a strategist and
analyst for Glaxo, group strategic planning controller for a large multi-
interest holding company, chief executive of a marketing
communications company, chief executive of a financial advisory firm
serving the oil majors, and has seven years Wall Street investment
analysis and trading experience. He has consulted widely on M&A,
finance, strategies, restructuring and turnaround. He is a board member
of the International Research Association and he holds the licenses Series
7, 24, 55 and 63. He has also served as adjunct professor in colleges
within and outside the US.br>
Samuel Abiade
Samuel Abiade is an adviser to our Company. Currently the Chief
Executive Officer of SAA Global Group and a highly respected consultant
and community leader, he has over four decades of international and
domestic business experiences in diverse sectors including Banking and
Finance, Petroleum, Insurance, Manufacturing, Marketing, Public
Relations, Advertising, Business Consultancy, Health & Safety, Global
Trade and Non-Profit. Some of the companies he has been associated
with include GE, Industrial National Bank(Money Management), ITT
Grinell (Finance), Horton, Church & Goff Advertising
(Advertising/Marketing/Public Relations), BankBoston Mortgage
Corporation, and Improved Laminated Metals(Manufacturing). He was
the Executive Vice President of Ocean Display, Inc, which was acquired
by DVC Corporation.
He holds MBA from Suffolk University and B.S. Marketing (Cum Laude)
from Roger Williams University. Mr. Abiade lectures regularly at Brown
University among others.
Niyi Olubiyi
Niyi is a consulting analyst to the Company. Currently an international
management and financial consultant to major energy projects in
different parts of the world, he brings over 20 years experience in
business, finance and investments to serve the Company. He served
between 1997 and 2006 as a managing director and group head in two
Wall Street proprietary trading firms. Prior to that, he worked as the
Chief Financial Officer of a major construction company and as a certified
financial planner with the Lincoln Group. He was also the main consultant
to small and middle market companies in an SBA-backed university-based
program in Ohio. Mr. Olubiyi holds B.S. (Electrical Engineering) and B.S.
(Finance) degrees from Franklin University and MBA from the University
of Dayton. He also passed the Certified Financial Planner exam and holds
the securities licenses Series 7, 55 and 63.
Francis Ubini
Francis Ubini is a consulting analyst to the Company. Currently a business
consultant in New York, he was for more than six years a proprietary
trader and analyst on Wall Street. Prior to that, he spent about four
years at American Express with responsibilities including securities
research, investment management, risk management and consultancy.
He was also a research analyst at Oxford Capital Securities and a financial
Analyst at Kraft Food Inc. Altogether, he has more than 20 years of
relevant experience.
He is a graduate of St John’s University (MBA), Baylor University(M.S.
Finance) and SUNY (B.A. Economics and B.S. Business Administration). He
holds the series 7, 55 and 63 licenses.
